We needed a brochure to showcase our new product line (we design interior staircases) and we already had 2 failed designs from another agency. Johanna understood my worries and suggested a small downpayment in order to start the design, with the promise that we will get the money back if we were not satisfied. Suffice to say I showed the final result to my manager and he was completely satisfied with it! Our products look fantastic and we even got an electronic version of it for free, to upload on our website! I will work with brandlocked for all our graphic design needs from now on!
